This conference will be different, exciting, interactive and new. The theme will be to explore those things that have built Emergency Medicine to its current status; the diagnostic skill, clinician gestalt, evidence-based care, decision-making, multi-tasking and clinical leadership. It will also explore how we will approach future demands and challenges; the increasing growth in presentations, how to tackle the aging population, challenges in education, skills maintenance, longevity and sustainability. The politics of health care, physician well-being and social media will find a place in this event.
